Mykah Ballard is the founder and Creative Director of Virtue Marketing Collective, bringing over five years of hands-on marketing experience to every project. With a Master of Science in Digital Marketing Communications and multiple certifications across key marketing platforms, Mykah approaches each brand story with intention, strategy, and a passion for authentic connection.
In addition to leading communications departments and launching impactful marketing initiatives, Mykah is also the founder of True North Ministries and host of The True North Podcast. At the heart of Mykah’s work is a deep commitment to helping others bring voice to vision—creating content that not only performs, but also reflects purpose.
Peyton Ballard is the founder of Selah Directive, where he partners with mission-driven organizations and founders to create clarity, close operational gaps, and build momentum for what comes next. With a background in health sciences and human resources management from Marshall University, Peyton brings a strategic and relational approach to every engagement. Through Selah, he has helped clients secure multi-million dollar capital investments, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and lead with purpose through seasons of growth and transition. His previous experience in public-private development leadership informs his nuanced understanding of both community impact and enterprise strategy.
