REACHH-FRC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Hinton, West Virginia, dedicated to supporting families through advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, and community education. Since 1986, REACHH has served as a critical resource in addressing family violence, juvenile justice, and community stability across the region.
Through our Serve Directive model, Selah Directive partners with REACHH to provide strategic oversight and compliance support for federally funded initiatives. Our work focuses on aligning public investment with long-term community outcomes and ensuring accountability at every stage of implementation.
This partnership includes:

• Grant contract management for REACHH’s $650,000 HUD-CPF award
• Full-cycle grant administration, compliance tracking, and fund management
• Strategic advising on resource allocation and funding sustainability
